Artist space with a total of 6500 square feet; 4900 square feet (140′x35′) of this is actual usable work space. There are three options for renting this space: 1. take over the lease and utilities entirely; rent in this case would be worked out with the landlord. 2. a. sublet the entire space from me for $4500 a month; you are responsible for paying utilities as well, which usually come to $280/month. b. sublet the space for $4,000; in this case, I keep the storage space in the back and the back wall of the studio for my work. 3. rent a part of the studio for a minimum of $1,000; if this is how we rent out the space, there will be four sections total that we will rent separately. This space has been used as an artist studio space for the past several years. Windows run along the entire north side of the studio, which is one of the long walls. There is direct access to freight elevator and loading dock. I added a kitchen and bathroom at my own expense, in addition to two professionally built rooms that can function as office and/or recording studio (there is a window between the two rooms), all of which makes the space significantly more valuable, but I am not tacking this on to the rent for subletters. The space is 4900 square feet (140′x35′) of actual usable space, the unit is listed as having 6500 square feet! Rent will be about $1 per sqft /month (please call Dirk at 917.209.1879 for the exact price) The entire space is still available as well for only $3500/month, plus utilities which is usually $280 /month. We are subleting our huge beautiful studio. We have one possible renter already and we need about three more artist to share this unit. We were thinking 4 total renters, each would have about 1000sqft and would be able to share the a common kitchen, bath and storage space, however, the space can be devided up any number of ways. address: 67 35th street, brooklyn, ny 11232 Has been used as an artist studio space for past several years. Large north facing window on one of the long sides of the studio. Direct access to freight elevator and loading dock. Two professionally built rooms have been add into the space and can function as an office or recording studio, complete with window between the two room. previous tenant installed a kitchen and full bath at own expense and it’s value is not considered or added into the current rent (this is a sublease).
