We are a small photo/video production house. we teach photo/video/filmmaking courses and shoot within the studio. we have a back office with a window which we are not currently using which has a window. it is large enough for a nice sized desk and plenty of ammenities. we can also provide a nice desk for you at no additional charge. we are asking $450 for that room and that includes utilities. you also can use the kitchen and bathroom(of course). We also have a room twice that size, it’s a longish room with no windows, and are asking 800 for that. or we could partition that room off down to whatever size you may need and offer a lower price based on that(it has two doors) the space is clean, modern, heated, central aired, and cozy. we are a an easygoing pair of working professionals. you will have 24/hr access with your own keys. we would love to have another media person such as an editor, graphic designer, or whatnot, but we are open to whomever is interested. thanks!

The space now has a soundproof floor and walls, individually controlled air conditioning in each room, a 2nd bathroom, an enclosed studio, a larger therapy room, and an additional studio/healing room (in the front by the windows). New Rental Hours: M – Th 10 am – 10 pm Fri 10 am – 8:30 pm Sa 10 am – 6 pm Su 10 am – 8 pm Weekend evening hours are available for special event bookings (workshops, performances, receptions, lectures, film screenings, etc.). We can also open earlier on weekends for workshop bookings.
