(14 x 18) of dedicated Office Space with flexible layout options; electricity, Verizon high speed DSL/wireless; use of office amenities, including glass-paned conference room with 47” flat screen TV, kitchenette, production area, photo studio equipment, shared storage, bookshelves, office cleaning and trash removal.
