We are an office with 4 separate desk’s/zones and an equal amount of secure dry storage space; we share a bathroom with the office next door (to clarify: office is 250 sq. ft. and separate storage next door is 275 sq. ft. for 525 sq. ft. shared). Our final desk is available, and we’re looking for an independent business person/creative/student etc. to move on in. Historically, we all prefer one year leases (as it keeps the place stable and consistent), with option to renew at that time.
