We are an office with 4 separate desk’s/zones and an equal amount of secure dry storage space; we share a bathroom with the office next door (to clarify: office is 250 sq. ft. and separate storage next door is 275 sq. ft. for 525 sq. ft. shared). Our final desk is available, and we’re looking for an independent business person/creative/student etc. to move on in. Historically, we all prefer one year leases (as it keeps the place stable and consistent), with option to renew at that time. A typical time-frame at this point in the cycle would be end of August through June 30, 2011, though we’re open to discussion about end dates. Everything is included in the monthly rent – HS commercial Internet, AC, elec., heat, etc. Everything is here and ready – desks, 24″ monitors, shelves, wall space, etc. just bring your gear and go (plus stuff you keep in storage – there’s so much space you can get rid of any other storage you have and keep it local). $485 gets you all utilities, web and 1/4 of the office with 1/4 of the storage.
